Cancellation Policy

Design sessions may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment and missed appointments may result in a session being considered used. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen and will always do our best to work with you whenever possible. If you arrive late to a chat, phone, or video session, your session will remain scheduled to end at its original time. By booking, you agree to the Draper Collective booking and cancellation policies. Additional terms related to your selected service, deliverables, revisions, and scope of support will be provided as applicable.
